Business Process Expert Commercial Transformation (M/F) - CMA CGM Head Office

MIssion

Within our Commercial Transformation department, you will be responsible for the evolution of tools and processes related to sales activities. Your role is to identify needs and pain points to improve current tools, specifically NOVA Business and AMT, using current and future technology.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As an experienced professional, you have solid expertise in the business. Your main missions will include:

  • Collect Needs: Identify and gather various business needs across all business units through qualitative workshops and interviews.
  • Recommendations: Propose recommendations for tools and processes to improve sales efficiency and other aspects of our commercial activity.
  • Functional Specifications: Write business requirements and define priorities.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct testing campaigns, including the preparation and execution of end-to-end tests and user acceptance tests (UAT).
  • Change Management: Act as an ambassador for our tools, supporting end-users through the transformation of their way of working.
  • Training and Support: Participate in the preparation and execution of trainings, deployment, and hyper-care to ensure long-lasting adoption.

 

PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 5 years of experience, including a background in sales.
  • Technical Skills:
    • A good grasp of Excel and PowerPoint is required.
    • Familiarity with NOVA Business is required and AMT is a plus.
    • Strong appetite and curiosity for technological innovation and new technologies.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
    • Precision in your work, proactivity, and creativity.
    • Good understanding of Business Transformation - vision, strategy, target operating model, business case, benefits and delivery
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory for this position in our multinational environment.
