YOUR ROLE

 

Responsible for managing the improvement in Project Management methodology and the roll-out of Project Management tools and systems from a functional or technical perspective. Actively support of standardization across the Countries. Active follow-up of main projects of the Countries / Regions of responsibility.

 

Provide support and guidance to local Project Managers and Countries.  If required, manage key implementation CL Projects,  such as the implementation of new customers, relocations of operations, facility construction, optimization of existing operations or strategic internal projects, according to the CL CEVA’s ZDS (Zero Defect Start-up) Project Management Methodology.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Managing or overseeing the completion of the CEVA CL Project Management methodology across the organization for the projects in scope, provide support and guidance to local teams to ensure an effective implementation and administration.    

 

Improving and updating the CL CEVA Project Management methodology to obtain the best-in-class implementation results for our customers, training and coaching local teams to ensure its roll-out and global standardization.

 

Developing, improving, and managing the implementation of standard tools and systems inside our Project Management methodology, and ensure staff is trained and committed on its utilization.

 

Ensure the communication and awareness about the Project Management methodology across the different levels of the organization and stakeholders involved.

 

Support other departments with following up on opportunities and act in accordance with company guidelines to enhance and protect the image of the company and its officers. Manage effective business selling through detailed and accurate project forecasting, planning and delivery through written documents and customer/internal presentations.

 

Developing and managing project or program objectives, which includes proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements, receives direction, and presents information to management; may develop and manage areas that are moderate in scope or impact.

 

Managing or overseeing the development and alignment of Global / Regional / Country complex business implementation projects including project communications, reporting and agenda of working group to steering group level and coordination of customer meetings for reporting of project progress.

 

Performs other duties as assigned.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Master’s degree
  • Min 3/4 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, project management, Supply Chain, Sales or related experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills; experience working with both operational and financial data
  • Strong communication, presentation and organization skills - ability to reduce complex and complicated information into clear recommendations to senior leadership
  • Absolute team player and ability to bring different opinions to consensus
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution
  • Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data
  • Self-starter attitude is a must!
