Head of Cybersecurity Advisory and Architecture

If so, we have the opportunity to make a meaningful and valued contribution, joining us as our Head of Cybersecurity Advisory and Architecture for CMA CGM Group.

You will be responsible for the Cybersecurity Advisory & Architecture Service Line which comprises the following Cybersecurity teams and more than 30 internal and external resources.

 

This role can be based in Puteaux or Marseille.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

 

  • Passionate about helping teams with infrastructure design and implementation, creating policies, paths and standards to guide our peers, and identifying and prioritizing CMA CGM Group data and infrastructure risks.
  • Facilitate relationships between numerous Cyber Security teams, identifying opportunities to collaborate and to execute against a larger vision.
  • Lead the vision around how CMA CGM Group approaches strategic risk reduction harmonizing security architecture integrations.
  • Lead the Cyber Security advisory and architecture service line, aligning with business goals and managing the budget.
  • Review designs, develop threat models, and promote security best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise, drive engagement for Cyber Security and Cloud/OT/IoT Security strategies.
  • Conduct assessments, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with industry frameworks.
  • Advise on security technologies and processes for Cloud, OT/IoT implementation projects.
  • Define internal security policies, drive security initiatives, and mentor IT teams.
  • Participate in incident analysis, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Please provide your resume in English since this role is global.

 

  • You are graduated from a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant degree in Cyber Security field.
  • You bring at least 10 years of experience in design, implementation and operation of large-scale security architecture solutions in a large and complex environment.
  • You bring at least 5 years of management experience with international teams.
  • You are up-to-date with cyber and information security trends and threats facing financial services, e-business solutions, and high volumes online systems
  • You are strongly recognized for your ability to develop and drive the commercial characteristics of security solutions e.g. designing security architecture based on financial targets, such as balancing the security needs with the business requirements to deliver world-class service to internal and external customers
  • You bring strong knowledge in all areas of IT Security: Identity and Access Management; Single Sign On; Secure communications and network protection; Data protection and privacy; Security Management; Audit; Cryptographic services; Security Assurance and Maturity Assessment; Cloud Security and OT/IoT Security
  • You are ideally certified CISSP, CISM and bring a very good knowledge of standards, regulations and law governing the security of information (NIST, ISO 27001)
  • You are analytical, pragmatic, but also able to influence through a strong IT expertise and negotiate with various stakeholders in a customer-oriented approach, you bring for that leadership, team spirit, creativity, rigor and quality skills
  • You have a problem-solving attitude
  • You are a coach for other team members to help them grow and succeed
  • You are able to plan, organize and drive projects, managing properly time and priorities
  • You are fluent in English, and French a plus
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You are detail orientated with excellent time management skills
