We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Proxy Product Owner to join our dynamic product management team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers high-quality features that align with our strategic goals.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Backlog Management: Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap.
- User Story Development: Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings, helping to define sprint goals and ensuring the team understands the tasks at hand.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA to ensure that features meet acceptance criteria and are delivered with high quality.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product and enhance user satisfaction.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on product development progress, risks, and issues.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Bachelor or Master level
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
• Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and technologies (API, JSON, XML).
• Personal Attributes:
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
