YOUR ROLE

As the Head of Enterprise Architecture you will design and govern CEVA's systems landscape.This includes all system aspects between CEVA’s application suites and external business partners and involvement with the interconnection of CEVA’s solution stack within the Enterprise. The Head of Enterprise Architecture collaborates with business stakeholders and the application domains (COE), the Integration COE and the Infrastructure COE to design a consistent and modern system landscape. Continuous innovation ensures CEVA’s system landscape enables CEVA’s IT solutions portfolio to provide a competitive advantage for CEVA’s business services. The Enterprise Architect governs the usage of the system to ensure reliability and cost effectiveness.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO 

• You will design a consistent architecture covering all aspects of service including internal and external IT systems

• You align the application strategy with the wider IT strategy in the context of CEVA’s business goals

• You communicate with partners from business and neighboring IT departments (COE)

• You will translate tactical and strategic needs from the business lines and IT system domains (COE) into a system roadmap

• You work with cluster application architects to design and implement a consensus based adaptable and scalable system landscape

• You drive proof of concepts and vendor/product selection initiatives for all system integration aspects

• You evaluate best practices and emerging technology trends in enterprise information technology (big data, data landscape, application layering, etc.),

• You determine opportunities, analyze impact, and drive continuous innovation of the system integration landscape

• You develop a governance framework with a set of policies and guidelines for internal and external system integration

• You collaborate with technology owners to ensure architectural consistency within the system integration landscape

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• You have a Master's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

• You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT systems design or development

• You have a minimum 5 years of experience gained in architecting and delivering large scale system integration landscapes

• You have proven experience in designing and building applications

• You have a broad knowledge of latest technology stacks and trends. You are a fundamentally technology agnostic individual

• You have understanding of business strategy and ability to deliver recommendations in sync with key objectives.

• You have knowledge of Application Java based frameworks, Source Code Management, Deployment, and testing, several EAI/ESB products.

• You have experience with data integration methods and technologies (e.g., ETL, Data Virtualization, Master Data Management, Data Warehouse/Lakehouse) and knowledge in database Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL, etc.

• You have experience in developing and driving IT roadmaps

• You have demonstrated expertise in system and information architecture and design mechanism

• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language

• You have strong presentation skills and ability to interact with senior internal and external partners

• You are eligible to receive a bonus of 20% 
• You can work hybrid in this role (3 days office/ 2 days home)
• 25 days of paid leave + 10 RTT (approx., depending on the number of public holidays) - RTT is time off in lieu of France's 35-hour working week
• Meal voucher (9,25€ for each working day)
• 2€ allowance for each day working from home
• 50% reimbursement of the transportation card or access to a parking if you come by car to the office (access is under conditions)
