YOUR ROLE

Support CEVA's innovation roadmap by assisting with the coordination of projects and innovation catalysts, community and external communication initiatives, to ensure strong internal and external awareness.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSIONS?

Conducting a detailed benchmark on Innovation to highlight areas for improvement at CEVA.
Coordinating the POC & ensuring accessibility of information: SharePoint, ecosystem coordination, etc.
Preparing meetings for each brand on the theme.
Supporting the coordination of external agencies.
Proposing processes and improvements for the brand captaincy program.
Supporting the animation of the catalyst community: preparing meetings, communicating with each catalyst, following up on the innovation community (ensuring deliverables are on time).
Supporting all communication plans with the GHO communication team: preparing campaigns and deliverables, briefs, debriefs, and impact analyses for each action.
Ensuring the coordination of innovation event preparation for the catalyst or GHO team.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Degree: Bac+4/5
Field of study: Business school, focused on innovation (topics: Data, AI, etc.)
Experience in the field: No experience required
Hard skills: Proficiency in Office Suite and a strong interest in innovative technologies
Languages: French C1 and English C1 minimum required
Soft skills: We are looking for a curious, rigorous, and creative individual who demonstrates leadership and good interpersonal skills.
