Service Delivery & Sales Operations Manager

This new activity enables us to offer a comprehensive range of services, thus reenforcing our strategic position with our global customers.  

 

Already equipped with a fleet of 4x long-haul aircraft ( 1 x A330-200F and 3 x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters.  

CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world’s first airline to launch and operate this state of the art cargo aircraft.  

CMA CGM AIR CARGO is looking for a Service Delivery & Sales Operations Manager. 

 

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Service Delivery and Sales Operations position is the link between the Sales organization and the Ground Handling partners of CMA CGM AIR CARGO, ensuring smooth and high-quality operations. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Liaison between hub Ground Handling Agent operations teams, CMA CGM AIR CARGO Sales Teams (own teams + GSSA), and Revenue Management team. 

  • Support the European Sales Teams by providing the Operations / Acceptance team with the correct process or defining an ad hoc process. 

  • Operationalization and follow-up of the ULD process worldwide. 

  • Follow up on discrepancies and corrections on accepted cargo at the Hub. 

  • Monitor the messaging flow as per the given process/architecture. 

  • Point of contact for E-freight solutions. 

  • Follow up on compliance discrepancies (sales teams and handling agents). 

  • Ensure all relevant processes are applied properly. Initiate process improvements if relevant. 

  • Ensure safe, secure, and compliant processes. 

  • Performance and quality management monitoring (including using IQSMS). 

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: 

 

  • Knowledge of airport/air cargo operations, including applicable industry rules, regulations & practices, airside, and ground ops processes. 

  • Commercial awareness and approach. 

  • Strong communication skills (French and English, spoken and written). 

  • Must be comfortable with processes and process design. 

  • Ability to work under pressure. 

  • Must be able to obtain all relevant permits to work airside. 

 

CONTRACT: 

 

  • Permanent contract. 

  • Based in CDG (there may be some travel).
