  • Collaborate closely with internal teams – including operations, pricing, and customer service – to align on solution design and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Lead contract negotiations in line with company procedures, striving for outcomes that are mutually beneficial and drive business growth
  • Apply your knowledge of industry / sector trends to inform your sales approach and identify innovative logistics solutions that meet evolving customer requirements.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

In return for a highly competitive base salary offer and sales incentive scheme eligibility, our ideal candidate will have significant experience in a sales and business development role within a supply chain environment with a proven track record of converting leads into successful contracts, as well as:

  • Bonus: experience working with e-commerce, retail, and FMCG clients, and a deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, and/or domestic transport processes.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
