  • Implement regional communications strategies that align with CEVA’s global goals, supporting external events, marketing collateral, social media presence, and media outreach.
  • Collaborate on end-to-end marketing campaigns to promote business growth, from planning lead-generation initiatives to executing them across multiple channels, including digital, email, events, and traditional media.
  • Create and manage marketing content such as websites, brochures, presentations, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality messaging.
  • Provide marketing intelligence and sector insights by developing reports and analyses tailored to the needs of the Pacific region.
  • Support employee engagement by developing and delivering internal programmes, events, and communications that strengthen connection and belonging.
  • Offer dedicated communication services to CEVA’s regional leadership team, from crafting speeches and media briefings to managing press releases and event coordination.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has solid experience in a marketing / marketing communications role gained within a large and/or complex corporate environment together with:

  • Relevant vocational or tertiary qualification in a relevant field
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, events)
  • Proven ability to create compelling content (e.g. press releases, newsletters) and maintain consistent messaging across different platforms
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects, juggling deadlines, and collaborating with various teams and external partners
  • Competent in using marketing tools and analytics to measure performance, derive insights, and guide continuous improvement
  • Knowledgeable about brand management to ensure uniformity of identity and messaging
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving market conditions and company priorities, with the ability to propose creative solutions
  • Flexible to work outside of normal business hours as required to coordinate / engage with APAC and Global teams.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
