YOUR ROLE

 

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Professional to join the team at our 3PL warehouse (retail customer) in Truganina, VIC. You will provide excellent customer service and promote a customer-centric philosophy throughout the team.

 

You will act as the conduit to the customer, providing valuable insights and feedback to the operations team, and pursuing continuous improvement to meet customer expectations. Your efforts will focus on increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention while meeting internal and external requirements.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Specifically, you will:
 

  • Develop sound working relationships with customer and operational representatives, exemplifying a culture of timely and efficient customer service
  • Implement practical solutions for exceptions to acceptable service standards and ensure long-term behavioral standards are maintained
  • Maintain required levels of safety, quality, and operations to meet contractual scope of services
  • Deliver on customer-driven projects and internal Kaizen targets
  • Support activities for financial reconciliation and accounts, ensuring accurate billing and revenue leakage avoidance
  • Prepare and present customer and quality-related KPI data during business reviews.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 


Our ideal candidate has proven experience in a customer-service or related role within logistics / supply chain (preferably third-party warehousing) together with:


You should also have:

 

  • Good judgment and decision-making within appropriate timeframes
  • Effective time management skills to deliver on customer-driven projects and internal Kaizen targets
  • Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation to prepare and present customer and quality-related KPI data
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to influence change at a management level (desirable)
  • Preferred knowledge of JDE, Concur, and MYOSH (desirable).


In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
