YOUR Role
As the Key Account Coordinator at Truganina VIC, You'll be Providing the transactional interface with Finished Vehicle Field Sales customers in Victoria and other account customers with the objective of maintaining customer relationships and growing revenue.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Specifically, you will:
- Support the production and dissemination of contract KPIs and performance reports to key stakeholders
- Work closely with our vehicle logistics operations teams to ensure communications are optimised and on-time-delivery targets are met
- Participate in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc customer meetings, taking/distributing minutes and coordinating action items as required
- Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of data that supports the development of insights and related decision making.
- Assist customers with enquiries and vehicle tracking.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Our ideal candidate has experience in customer service in transport operations in any industry OR is ready to step-up to this level.
You should also have:
- Excellent Customer Service and Administration experience
- Previous experience in an Account Coordination role is highly desirable
- Good written and verbal communication, customer service / management, and influencing / negotiation skills
- Problem solving capability, commercial acumen and numeracy skills
- Basic-intermediate experience in MS Office applications, and capable of learning new systems, software and technology.
In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
