  • Monitor and manage transport costs through initiatives aimed at increasing revenue or reducing expenses
  • Utilise KPIs to assess network performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Coordinate with CEVA operational sites to ensure timely availability of freight to carriers according to service specifications
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external customers.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience supervising linehaul operations, and:

  • Familiarity with state metropolitan, rural areas, and major road routes within Australia
  • A strong ability to implement and understand cost control measures for efficient and cost-effective transport operations
  • Applied understanding of Australian road transport regulations including CoR and BFM
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders and plan effectively.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
