YOUR ROLE

Are you known for your management skills? Are you passionate about customer support and driving results? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to oversee ongoing customer service, focusing on the daily operations to achieve the needs of the customer.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

· Assisting with developing training process including needs analysis, design approach, material development, training effectiveness assessment and competency anchoring managed in support of team goals; typically, within a specific group or function

· Developing and maintaining standardized materials for each sector or function assigned. Train the trainers at each operation to ensure readiness and continuous improvement of operations.

· Conducting training classes and developing measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs within assigned area or function

· Writing, maintaining, supporting, and running a variety of training and development reports and queries, while ensuring data integrity within area of assignment

Key accountability areas

· Outlining training process for assigned areas or functions, including needs analysis, design approach, material development, training effectiveness assessment and competency anchoring managed in support of team goals.

· Training administration, including planning, organizing and record keeping, goals within the framework of skill base and the Learning Management system (LMS) for assigned areas or functions.

· Conducting training classes and developing measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs within assigned area or function

· Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors within assigned area or function

Key working relationships

· Identifies the most significant internal and external relationships that the role has, briefly describing the overall purpose of these relationships and the nature of the contact.

· Associate will have direct contact with all employee levels of the organization. This position would mostly be working with Engineering, Operations and the ZDS Team to determine needs for training new employees on all technical job requirements. This position will work with IT and safety closely to ensure that the appropriate training is developed and delivered.

· Resource management

· Detail budgets/revenue for which the role holder is directly accountable, number of employees for whom they are directly accountable and/or other key statistics related to the job

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· BS Organization Development, BA Logistics or Supply Chain Management or relevant experience

· 2 years delivering operational training

· 2 years in industry experience

· 4-6 years delivering operational training

· 2-4 years in industry experience

· Delivery Skill sets

· Technical Skills sets in working with Systems, Applications (MS Office) at an Intermediate to Level.
