Informazioni sul Ruolo:

Sai affrontare le situazioni in modo analitico, pensi fuori dagli schemi, hai una forte attitudine alla relazione e al lavoro in team, mostrando capacità di comunicare efficacemente con diverse tipologie di interlocutori? Allora potresti essere la persona che stiamo cercando da inserire nel ruolo di Ground & Rail Operations Administrator per la nostra piattaforma di Valsamoggia (BO).

Responsabilità:

• Gestire le attività di borderizzazione dei giri distribuzione per la piattaforma di riferimento;
• Supportare su base quotidiana le analisi dei livelli di servizio attraverso un costante e adeguato monitoraggio degli autisti;
• Garantire una corretta pianificazione ed integrazione dei secondi giri di distribuzione;
• Gestire l'affidamento delle prese e dei ritiri;
• Sviluppare, analizzare e monitorare i KPIs e la qualità dei servizi forniti attraverso le cartelle di rete;
• Assicurare la gestione dei servizi speciali e di quelli dedicati;
• Garantire una costante interlocuzione con i fornitori e funzioni interne coinvolte;
• Consultare e informare il management su eventuali problemi operativi, eventuali difformità rispetto a procedure interne.

Chi cerchiamo?

• Buone competenze informatiche e buona conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel);
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
• Buona conoscenza del territorio della Lombardia;
• Ottime competenze relazionali;
• Attitudine al lavoro in team; Orientamento al problem solving;
• Nice to Have: esperienza pregressa in ambito Trasporti;
