Il candidato individuato riporterà direttamente al QHSE Manager, fornendo le conoscenze necessarie per garantire lo sviluppo e l’implementazione delle strategie e iniziative CSR della società.

REQUISITI: 
 

Per rispettare i requisiti per questa posizione saranno necessari:

• Buone capacità comunicative sia scritte che parlate in inglese e italiano.

• Buona conoscenza di MS Office.

• A passion for corporate social responsibility and sustainability

• Strong communication skills

• Logical and analytical thinking skills

• Sensitivity and understanding

• Knowledge of how businesses operate.
 

ATTIVITA’:

La risorsa identificata si occuperà di:

• Supportare il QHSE Manager e tutte le parti interessate nell'adempimento delle responsabilità CSR, garantendo lo sviluppo e l’implementazione delle strategie aziendali, lavorando con la direzione e i collaboratori.

• Sviluppare le aree di competenza funzionale e contribuire allo sviluppo e al mantenimento di politiche, sistemi e processi condivisi.

• Identificare, implementare e mantenere le pratiche operative per le aree relative al CSR.

• Partecipare alle attività di audit e governance QHSE/CSR, condividendo dati, conoscenze e best practice.

• Assistere allo sviluppo e all'implementazione dei seguenti processi CSR chiave:

o Valutazione dei rischi.

o Sistemi di Reporting CSR a livello Nazionale e Regionale.

o Audit CSR interni.

o Sviluppo e nel miglioramento della cultura CSR all'interno dell'organizzazione
