YOUR ROLE

Related to the development of our Automotive Transport department in Mioveni, CEVA Logistics Romania is currently looking for an Automobile Transport Coordinator Automotive.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Collect and analyse customer's orders.
• Respect the loading time versus customer’s orders.
• Follow suppliers to unload in time conform commitment with our customers.
• Find the right solutions in a timely manner.
• Find the right solutions for loading factor; (loading schemes)
• Find the right subcontractors which respect our rules and standards.
• Calculate rates, routes and transit times.
• Stay in a continuous dialogue with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Organize the transports in the best manner for the company and client.
• Follow up ongoing transports making sure the delivery is made on time and all problems are solved with expedience.
• Update customer regularly.
• Negotiate and buy transport's services with the best quality/gain-ratio.
• Insurs the relation and the information flow from and to the carriers/drivers.
• Manage the reporting of your activity, update the operational system on a daily basis, manage track & trace deployment and daily run.
• Ensure the implementation of digitally oriented solutions as a part of the supplier’s service provision;
• Manage the relation with suppliers/providers in a spirit of long-term collaboration and confidence-building.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience on a similar position, in a freight forwarding or transportation company, focused on automotive transport market.
• Experience in working with different TMS and big client`s dedicated systems.
• Highly customer-oriented (internal and external);
• Knowledge of the automotive transport market.
• Experience in working with big industrial customers.
• Abilities of communication and negotiations.
• Autonomy, organization, precision, logic and rigor.
• Agility and flexibility, team spirit and mutual support, initiative and proactivity.
• Good level of using MS Office tools, especially Excel.
• Good level of English, any other foreign language can be an advantage.
