For our branch in Munich, we are looking for a Forwarding agent sea freight export (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTHER ROLL:

• You are responsible for handling LCL and FCL shipments in accordance with our quality requirements
• You are responsible for scheduling, notification and invoicing to our customers
• You deal with the invoice verification of shipping companies
• You monitor on-time planning in compliance with closings and free storage times
• You are responsible for daily correspondence with our global network and our customers in English
• You are responsible for complaints management.

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Your basis is a completed commercial apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk.
• You have already gained experience in sea freight export
• You are characterised by a high level of customer orientation and service orientation.
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German and English.
• You are experienced in dealing with MS -Office & Co
