YOUR ROLE

Our operation in Corby Max Park is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator where you will coordinate and manage the day-to-day operational activities for the warehousing team to ensure fulfilment of customer requirements and achievement of operational targets & KPI’s.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Warehouse Controller, you will coordinate the allocation of work to your colleagues in the warehouse, making sure the operation runs efficiently and operational requirements are met. You’ll also need to ensure there is adequately trained cover available for sickness and holidays, and monitor and record any lateness or absenteeism, taking appropriate action to escalate issues where necessary.  

For this role you need to commit to work Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:30  shift pattern.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will come from a fast paced warehousing environment and will have previous experience in controlling and managing a team. You will need to be resilient and motivated, be able to work well as part of a team or alone and use your initiative to solve problems. You must be a strong communicator both verbally and written, reliable and self-motivated.
