Heb je interesse om de werkprocessen in de Car Compound te Oosterhout te coördineren en te optimaliseren? Vind jij het fijn om de combinatie te hebben van operationele, administratieve en mensgerichte taken ?

Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! 

WAT GA JE DOEN?

• Je coördineert de operationele taken en opdrachten met betrekking tot de receptie- en de car compound-werkzaamheden
• Je verdeelt de taken en ziet toe op de correcte en juiste uitvoering
• Je doet de algemene operationele en personele planning van de car compound
• Je verstrekt inlichtingen aan en onderhoudt voortdurend contact met Manager Car Compound, chauffeurs, car compound operatives, vehicle controllers, klanten en leveranciers, je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd de Manager Car Compound & QHSE
• Je assisteert bij selectie nieuw personeel, zorgt voor inwerken, instructie, begeleiding en goede onderlinge samenwerking; treedt zo nodig corrigerend op

WAAR ZIJN WE NAAR OP ZOEK?

• MBO werk- en denkniveau en je hebt ervaring in leidinggeven
• Je hebt kennis en kunde van: 
  • indeling en logistieke gebruikswijze van diverse warehouse processen
  • administratieve handelingen met betrekking tot op- en overslag van goederen, waaronder locatieadressen, schades, afwijkingen, etc.
  • gebruik relevante computersystemen ten behoeve van planning, aanmaken van formulieren, bijhouden personeelsplanning, beheer gegevens interimkrachten en urenregistratie
  • bedrijfs-, veiligheids-, arbo-, milieu- en kwaliteitsprocedures en voorschriften
• Goede beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal en goede beheersing MS Office
