Our new site at Upper Heyford is looking for a Technician to work with new vehicles in our new Pre Delivery Inspection centre within the growing business of Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) of CEVA Logistics.



You will be expected to start your journey at 8:30 and finishing at 17:00 Monday to Friday. You will do diagnostic testing and small repairs of new vehicles.


Other job responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure most cost-effective repair methods are used at all times.
  • Regular checks of product information updates from manufacturer systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all group operating procedures and standards.
  • Ensure work areas remain tidy with a strong focus on safe operating practices.
  • Successfully complete on-line training to work toward next technical level EG Diag / Master.
  • To complete on-line learning modules prior to training course enrollment.
  • Communicate weekly to the assigned training assessor.





  • A level 2 or 3 Engineering Technician qualification
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office Packages like Outlook and Excel.
  • A right first-time mentality, with the ability to provide a conscientious and accurate sign off of material, identifying errors and actioning improvements.
