For our location in Königs Wusterhausen south of Berlin we are looking for a Specialist (m/f/d) Project Management Office

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

• You create the conceptual design of project management processes.
• You create, update and maintain standardised work breakdown structures.
• You are responsible for data management with a focus on project planning and implementation.
• You will be responsible for managing project information to support project teams and decision making.
• You will also be responsible for coordinating dependencies and schedules for projects as well as scheduling and tracking.
• You will organise project meetings and prepare the evaluation and documentation of the results.
• You will make a significant contribution to the development and implementation of project standards.

THAT'S WHAT WE WANT:

• Your basis is a completed Bachelor's degree, a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification.
• You have already gained 3 years of professional experience in project management and have knowledge of multi-project management (coordination and planning of the project portfolio).
• You have good knowledge of databases, MS Office applications and relevant software such as Confluence and Smartsheet.
• You communicate confidently in written and spoken German (B2) in combination with a good knowledge of English or Polish.
• Your above-average, independent and structured way of working, your solution-orientation and communication skills round off your profile.
