Job Purposes

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

Key Accountabilities

This position will be tasked to support Import/Export brokerage and arranging Import cargo delivery, checking flight ATA and also managing operations

1. Performance Import/Export custom declarations with correct HS code applied
2. Monitor cargo arrival and arrange delivery for Import cargo
3. To ensure custom form are correctly submitted for both Import & Export
4. Prepare custom report for customer on monthly basis
5. Prepare ZB form as required 6 Manage logistics activities
6. To coordinate all incoming shipments with operations and customer service
7. To follow up closely on shipment status and update the customer service
