Operations Management:

  1. Overall responsible for all activities in one of the regional CLL Control Towers
  2. Ensure compliance and adherence of all Control Tower teams to established and agreedprocesses and work standards with customers (SOPs)
  3. Overall responsible and accountable for the fulfilment of agreed internal and customer qualitymetrics and KPIs, with the aim to achieve high-quality service delivery to CLL’s customers
  4. Constantly monitor and improve team productivity to ensure profitability of all operational accounts
  5. Act as senior management counterpart and ultimate escalation point for Control TowerOperations with regards to unresolved operational issues towards other CLL managementstakeholders as well as CLL customers

 

Team and People Management:

  1. Disciplinary and functional management of the CLL Control Tower team, ensuring adherence ofall operational teams to CEVA’s values and policies. Direct reports include Operations Managers aswell as CLL systems / IT support functions.
  2. Management of team performance through monitoring of internal KPIs, including productivity andlabour performance
  3. Responsible for adequate staffing levels and professional development of team members,including training / development plans and succession planning
  4. Oversee resource needs and liaise with regional and global HR teams in recruiting andonboarding process for new hire

 

P&L and Contract Management:

  • Manage the Control Tower P&L to ensure profitability vs. operational cost across allaccount teams
  • Ensure that all provided operational services are billed in a timely and correct manner.Continuously monitor Control Tower KPIs to identify scope creep and fluctuations in volumethat could impact profitability, address and resolve issues in close collaboration with contractmanagement functions.
  • Provide input to contract management and regional head of operations for budget andrecurring forecast exercises
  • Manage regular exchanges with CLL Contract Managers on business strategy and continuousimprovement initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer account roadmaps in cooperationwith CLL regional heads, contract management and business development

 

Control Tower Governance:

  • Ensure that all applicable company policies are communicated and adhered to by all ControlTower staff.
  • Actively initiate, support and supervise performance action plans in the Control Towers in closerelation with BPE functions
  • Manage and oversee successful rollout of new customer implementations in the control tower byensuring operational procedures are defined, documented (SOP, WI), trained and signed off by alloperational stakeholders. Ensure participation of operational stakeholders in project work in closealignment with project teams. Actively contribute to project reviews and project steering boardmeetings. Act as the escalation contact for the project manager in case of issues with operational implementations.

 

Other duties:

  • Support cross-customer improvement projects in collaboration with Contract Managers and /or Business Process Excellence teams
  • Support regional business development activities, e.g. by supporting workshops withprospective clients, on-site visits or customer presentations
  • Drive regular exchanges between Operations Managers to establish knowledge sharing anduse of best practices across various customer accounts
  • Maintain regular exchanges with management teams in other CLL Control Towers, ensure thatglobal initiatives are rolled out consistently across regional Control Towers
  • Identify and address areas of improvement within the CLL service and systems landscape. Liaise withother CLL management functions to constantly enhance CLL’s operational service offering.
  • Manage other projects as assigned by Regional Head of Operations
