YOUR ROLE

Arrange domestic and international transports for clients, developing partnership with transport suppliers with a view toward profitability, compliance with commitments (in terms of timeframe, customer satisfaction) and applicable legislation.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Schedules transport orders and purchases transport services, based on requests.
  • Organizes the process of freight delivery from departure to arrival - organizes drivers and trucks, creates routes and delivery schedules.
  • Chooses transport solutions which most closely match client needs, not entering conflict with technical, legal regulations, etc.
  • Selects suppliers who can provide the most satisfactory services, according to certain criteria (price, quality, feasibility, deadlines). Continuous flow optimization and search for alternative logistics solutions.
  • Inputs orders details, records operations and updates data into freight database systems for transportation operations.
  • Checks the completeness of transport documentation.
  • Maintains good business relations with clients, carriers, service providers and subcontractors. Daily reporting to clients.

 

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • At least 2, 3 years’ experience on a similar position in an international company.
  • A high level of knowledge of English language is mandatory .
  • Good knowledge of MS Microsoft Office tools, Excel is a must
  • Knowledge of Transport regulations, Driving time regulations & Customs regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to problems focuses on results
  • Negotiation skills
  • A strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle stressful situations effectively
