YOUR ROLE

As the Cloud Practice Head at CEVA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our cloud strategy, ensuring strong alignment with our business lines and product offerings. You will be responsible for architecting, building, and operating our cloud platform, as well as developing the operating model to drive cloud adoption across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader with deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset to lead our cloud transformation journey.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Cloud Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud strategy that aligns with CEVA's business goals and product offerings.
• Cloud Architecture: Design and architect scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions that meet the needs of various business units.
• Platform Management: Lead the build and operation of the cloud platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Operating Model Development: Create and implement an effective cloud operating model that drives efficient cloud adoption and usage.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with business lines, product teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure cloud initiatives support and enhance business objectives.
• Cloud Adoption: Drive the adoption of cloud technologies within CEVA by promoting best practices, providing training, and offering support to internal teams.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and trends, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve CEVA's cloud capabilities.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure all cloud solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and CEVA's internal policies.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of cloud engineers and architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud strategy, architecture, and operations, with a focus on large-scale enterprise environments.
• Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business Acumen: Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovation: Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
