YOUR ROLE

 

To co-ordinate, to monitor, to develop and to grow RPS Contracts in scope. To work with key stakeholders to support the creation of an RPS business development roadmap with objectives and associated action plans. To execute agreed roadmap. To support winning new business in line with agreed roadmap.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Contract & customer management: accountable for invoicing accuracy, credit control, operational compliance, P&L vs budget, analysis and accuracy of data generated from the IT system. To forecast contract turnover to support internal and external stakeholders. To manage customer expectations and all communication streams in term of performance, continuous improvement, innovation and reporting. To manage Customer Relationship at all levels. To manage continuous improvement projects and implementation projects. To Design and to implement KPI’s to share with the customer during monthly reviews. To design and to communicate processes with the customers. To prepare and to lead contract management reviews including continuous improvement and action plan.

 

Invoice management: accountable for setting up and following operational KPI’s, which should include indicators necessary for accurate flow management. To fully document operational expectations and activity from the customer in term of process, IT and invoicing.

 

Project management: to support any new RPS activity projects such as innovation, new packaging introduction, IOT. To define and to support implementation roadmap for new clients. To organize and to structure new contract clients prior passing it over to the selected Contract Manager.

 

Business development:  to work with key internal stakeholders to define and to implement the RPS business development roadmap with objectives and action plans. To create and to deploy internal and external communications to support roadmap in winning new business. To take the lead to secure new business within agreed target list once KAM and/or GAM has opened the door. To project manage new customer launches.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree
  • Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer focus, efficient communication, relationship ease, network building and maintenance, agility, analytical.
  • Ability to discuss and to share information in French & English with internal and external stakeholders.
