Customer Experience Analyst (M/F) - Internship

YOUR ROLE

 

The goal of this role is to assist the customer experience department in managing, organizing, and analyzing customer feedback.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?

 

  • Document processes

  • Follow up on routines: preparation and sending

  • Analyze feedback

  • Monitor updates, and communicate with salespeople and customer-facing contacts

  • Follow up on process routines

  • Track KPIs and send them to stakeholders

  • Animate level 1 KPIs

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Degree: BAC+5

  • Field of study: Commerce, Marketing

  • Hard skills: Proficiency in the Office Suite with a focus on Excel (sorting, formulas, filters, tables, graphs, and pivot tables), PowerPoint, and presentation tools

  • Language: Native French and a minimum of B2/C1 level in English, fluent and comfortable in oral expression

  • Soft skills: We are looking for a person with a good personality, motivated, proactive, with an analytical mind, good interpersonal skills, and good communication (written and oral)
