YOUR ROLE

The Global Change Management Head will lead all change initiatives associated with CEVA Logistics expansion plans with an emphasis on building an efficient organization with common values and ways of working. He/she will take ownership for ensuring the impact of the change on our employees is explained & well managed.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Prepare the organization to integrate future acquisitions by laying the foundations of the change strategy, building up the project team that will design, lead, and deliver the change roadmap, encompassing both employees of CEVA and the acquired business(es).
• Work closely with the Integration team to design the change assessment strategies,
• Evaluate different scenarios based on gap analysis and measurable KPIs while implementing change management tools & methods.
• Ensure all your stakeholders are properly trained to deal efficiently with the impact of changes on both organizations.
• Own the change management strategy and its implementation including but limited to, the communication, the deployment of identified training needs programs, the setup of project teams representing all relevant internal stakeholders, the sharing of best practices within the program etc.…
• Provide clear and detailed progress reports, including qualitative and quantitative KPIs, to senior management highlighting areas of risks while focusing on solutions to keep the program momentum on track.
• Set-up post integrations follow-ups to ensure there is no deviations from the plan, that employees are fully engaged and motivated in the new organization.
• Implement corrective measures where required, provide regular reporting on KPIs, and seek improvements that will enable our employees to thrive and deliver on our ambitious goal to become a global leader in our field.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 10 years leading Change and Transformation in international organizations.
• Strong Project Management experience and a proven track record of delivering results.
• Strong leadership
• Outstanding ability to think strategically, influence decision making and be able to build and maintain effective relationships in and outside the area of responsibility.
• Show initiatives, be flexible and adaptable to business demands.
• Happy to roll sleeves up in both a strategic and operational capacity.
• Master’s degree
• Fluent French and English language / verbal and written.
