YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about making the link between business and delivery teams by defining the scope of the project and translating this need to technical implementation requirements? Would you like to support delivery teams during the implementation and coordinate testing between the partners and end users?

If so, we have the opportunity to work as our Data Flow Business Analyst in the Ground and Rail business of CEVA Logistics.

This role is open in Puteaux, Paris.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
 

• You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to gather, analyze and implement business requirements.
• You will ensure compliance with EDI protocols and standards.
• You will create and maintain documentation.
• You will manage EDI testing and resolve any issues related to data exchange.
• You will elaborate the implementation planning and report project progress to the requesters
• You will coordinate and participate to the end to end testing between partners and applications and provide estimates to new projects keeping in mind cross track requirements.
• You will monitor the SLAs for all incidents specific to the GTS process and report to management.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• You have proven experience as a business analyst and operational experience in transportation business is a plus
• You have experience in EDI implementation
• You have experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
• You have general IT knowledge in architecture, programmation and network
• You have excellent documentation and communication skills.
• You have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English is a must in this role.
