YOUR ROLE

 

This full-time role is part of the Global HRIS Team, responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of HRIS Core model within the different entities acquired by the Groupe: end to end, from Core HR to Payroll.

The Global HRIS Integration Project manager support HR(IS) team in project rollout, to ensure the drive, resources, and budget monitoring: ensure the project methodology is well used, and the involvement of all relevant stakeholders: HR, Legal, Procurement, IT and Cyber security.

The Global HRIS Integration Project Manager coordinates and animates project governance, triggers risk escalation, proposes mitigation plan, prepares expected KPIs to steering committee and sponsor.

This position reports to the Global HRIS Head and interacts with the Group HRIS & Digital HR Center of Expertise (CoE) to make sure project planning and roadmap stay aligned.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Project Plan

  • In strong collaboration with the different stakeholders, the HRIS Integration Project Manager is responsible to prepare integration project strategy that include:
  • Scope definition and project governance
  • HR systems architecture: Core HR (Success Factors, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee Portals etc.)
  • Project milestones definition, including change and training phase for user adoption.
  • Allocated resources and Budget

Project monitoring

  • Ensure that tasks completion and overall project progression are aligned with the planning define.
  • Monitor internal and/or external project resources.
  • Raise points of arbitration

Project communication

  • Produce and communicate flash reports to project team.
  • Prepare support and animate project steering committees 

Upselling Program

  • Assist CEVA's business development community in increasing share of wallet among customer portfolios by supporting the identification of new commercial opportunities.
  • Identify internal roadblocks to upselling and collaborate with relevant teams to propose corrective actions.
  • Act as a project management officer to identify and address internal barriers to upselling, collaborating with relevant teams to drive solutions.

Project adoption

  • Ensures projects includes adoption trainings and materials.
  • Monitor usage of new systems during first months after go live

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Degree or Masters in HRM, Business or IT (or equivalent)
  • >10 years Successful experience as Project Manager
  • Strong experience of (HR)IS project management to include budget management, stakeholder management, resource planning and quality control
  • Experience in a complex environment (M&A)
  • Experience with Core HR Systems and Payroll integration
  • Ability to manage multiple Stakeholder in a dynamic international environment
  • Strong track record in overseeing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously from planning to launch
  • Basic knowledge of operational and technical HR, such as policies, processes, rewards, performance and development
  • Redesign of (HR) processes
  • Ability to set targets and delegate
