We are looking for a Head of Compensation & Benefits Europe (M/W) based in Puteaux.





Reporting to our Europe HR Leader based in Puteaux, you will:


  • Be focusing on Compensation and Benefits design and implementation across our region.
  • Be deploying Group policies and processes, implementing the rules of governance within the region.
  • Be providing a comprehensive advisory service to HR Business Partners and operational managers across the business on all compensation and benefits areas.
  • Be recommending, developing, and leading implementation of best-practice C&B programs and policies to ensure that CEVA can successfully recruit, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Be managing ongoing employee reward programs that provide for a competitive level of remuneration (salary and bonus) and benefits (pensions, medical insurance, company cars etc.) ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment to business needs and HR strategy.
  • Be leading the C&B Europe network.
  • Be ensuring compliance with country rules within the Region.

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s Degree in HR, Legal, Business, or related field,
  • You can demonstrate at least 10 years in compensation and benefits, with 5 years at management level,
  • We are looking for extensive knowledge of C&B, practices and procedures,
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, you are a strong communicator with various levels of organization, experienced in establishing credible relationships with leadership teams,
  • You have strong critical negotiation skills and strong project management,
  • This position requires a fluent level in English
