YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in the implementation, enhancement, and support of our Transport Management System (TMS).

Act as principle liaise between IT and the business on the major CEVA TMS and associated landscape (In-house application, 10M+ shipments / $2 billion yearly / 24 countries / 3500 users)

Work on business requirements to enhance the product while start mastering the application & landscape. Functional specifications redaction, deep dive with developers, support to SIT, UAT, hyper care period.

This role is open in Puteaux, France.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

· Understand of business operations, strategies, objectives and process

· Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to technical or non-technical stakeholders.

· Design, test and implement IT solutions

· Manage IT project to ensure they meet business objectives

· Problem solving and analytical skills

· Design, test and implement IT solutions

· Adapt to remain current with IT trends

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Master’s degree in IT or Business

· Minimum 10 years of experience as business analyst on TMS (Transport management system).

· Ground transportation expertise and ITIL certification would be a plus.

· Experience in data analysis, agile and waterfall methodologies.

· Expert on Core landscape (applications and middleware)

· Familiar with the IT frameworks, SQL, Office 365 solutions

· Fluent English and French.

· Business & results oriented with strong analytical and collaboration skills
