YOUR ROLE

 

Would you like to be the primary contact point between Customer and IT and take care of the Customer Engagement Activities in the EMEA region for Ground & Rail ?

If so, we have the opportunity to be in charge of the activities to meet Customer and CEVA objectives, processes and goals, ensuring technical and non-technical impacts are considered with the objective that proposed solutions are fit for purpose and accurately meet the Customer and CEVA’s business and operational goals.

 

This role is open in Puteaux, France.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • You facilitate the process to gather/establish requirements and objectives for new customer implementations, extension and change management of existing solutions, preparation of proposals for new approved system implementations and legacy migrations 
  • You lead and facilitate IT conversations with all parties regarding priorities, high level solution design and selection including integration, hardware and data communications
  • You document proposed IT solutions, alternatives considered, gather and calculate CEVA cost estimates.
  • You prepare and present CEVA IT project documentation to governance committees for approval, including an overview of project objectives, scope, business value, high level solution design, alternative solutions considered, cost & delivery effort breakdown including man days, CAPEX and OPEX one off costs and ongoing running costs.
  • You lead and facilitate handover of approved solution and project delivery proposal to the delivery teams in collaboration with the Ground and Rail CoE PMO.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You have an University Degree in IT or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
  • You have a technical or IT background.
  • You have technical experience in defined functional area or Customer work experience
  • You have experience in implementing delivery services, preferable for large complex projects and customers
  • You have experience in the management of pre and post sales customer support
  • You use best practices and methodologies to ensure support and delivery of business and IT needs for customers are met
  • You have the ability to understand inter-dependencies between IT and Customer initiatives to effectively leverage resources and manage delivery on time
  • You have proven experience working with IT solutions and communicating with high profile customers
  • You have an understanding of Customer and business functional need and operating environments
  • You have experience in IT finance, customer budget and proposal management
  • You have the ability to review and change processes to achieve best practice standards.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You can develop strong customer relationships.
  • You are fluent in English and French.
