YOUR ROLE

 

 

Are you interested in acting as principle liaise between IT and business on the major TMS and associated landscape? Would you like to work on business requirements to enhance the product while start mastering the application and landscape ?

 

If so, we have the opportunity to work as a TMS Business Analyst at CEVA Logistics (Ground & Rail). TMS is currently implemented in 24 countries, 3500+ users, 10 millions shipments / year.

 

This role is based in Puteaux, France.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • You will work closely with IT and business to define business requirements
  • You will design, test and implement IT solutions, working closely with developers
  • You will manage the IT projects to ensure they meet business objectives
  • Create and maintain documentation for full project life-cycle, including development, implementation, analysis, design, and testing.
  • Define, configure, and troubleshoot owned portions of IT projects, including technical specifications, workflow options, and end-to-end functional integration.
  • Advise business to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to support the process, system and integrity of projects.
  • Assist the business line in the identification of risks and the establishment of mitigation strategies.
  • Follow established policies and procedures; determine and recommend potential enhancements

 

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You have an IT or Business Master’s degree
  • You have experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • You are business & result oriented
  • You are familiar with IT frameworks and knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • You have transportation expertise and experience with TMS is a plus
  • You master office 365 solutions
  • You have problem solving and analytical skills
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information to technical or non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in English (French is a plus)
