YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer (M/F) to join our IT Digital Forwarding team based in Puteaux.

In this role, you will contribute to the design of B2B transport management solutions.

By joining us, you will work closely with the development and product teams, under the supervision of a Product Manager, to design visually impactful and user-friendly interfaces, while ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Design engaging, accessible, and up-to-date designs aligned with our brand guidelines and current trends.
• Ensure strong consistency across all our digital platforms.
• Maintain and enhance our Design System to guarantee visual and functional consistency across all our platforms.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design fidelity and seamless integration.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to analyze user feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose smooth and intuitive user journeys, adhering to UX best practices.
• Participate in the implementation and analysis of user tests to refine interfaces and optimize their impact.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• With your significant experience in UI design, you have a portfolio showcasing accomplished work and high-quality interfaces.
• You have excellent command of FIGMA and interactive design and prototyping tools.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and visual consistency, with a strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards.
• You have experience in managing Design Systems and the ability to maintain consistency across multiple products.
• A first successful experience in B2B applications is a plus.
• You are rigorous, autonomous, and proactive. Your persuasive mindset allows you to defend your design choices in collaboration with the product and dev teams.
• Proficiency in professional English (written/spoken) is required for the role.
• Knowledge of front-end development is appreciated.
