WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Coordination and cooperation in the implementation of procedures and policies in accordance with the company’s strategy and customer requirements
• Supervising that procedures and instructions are up to date
• Supporting managers in creating instructions
• Analyzing KPIs, conducting plans and activities in ​​quality and processes (root cause analysis, action planning)
• Conducting controls and operational audits, monitoring activities after audits
• Conducting training around quality tools and methods (e.g. MosaiQ, 8D, 5Why), carrier training
• Preparing reports, appropriate indicators, and summaries

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar position
• Knowledge of management systems in accordance with the requirements of ISO standards and quality management tools (8D, 5Why, 5S, etc.).
• Knowledge of transport, warehouse processes and the automotive industry
• Experience in carrying out corrective and improvement activities (coordinating teamwork)
• Very good English skills
• Knowledge of Lean tools will be an asset
• Ability to conduct audits
• Communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Driving license cat. B
