YOUR ROLE

 

You will actively contribute to the preparation and renewal of the company’s quality certifications by updating the necessary documentation to obtain and renew certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, Tisax, etc.). You will work closely with various department heads to develop processes and ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and certification standards. You will also regularly monitor changes in standards to maintain the company’s compliance.

As a Quality apprentice, you will assist in implementing and monitoring the quality management system by helping to implement quality procedures and ensuring that processes are followed to meet current standards. You will also be involved in drafting and updating quality procedures and documents, ensuring that all manuals, work instructions, and forms are properly cataloged and accessible.

You will participate in internal audits to verify the compliance of procedures and prepare the necessary documents for external audits, accompanying auditors during the process. You will analyze non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues and prevent their recurrence.

Lastly, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring quality performance indicators by collecting and analyzing data, preparing regular reports for management and operational teams. You will also contribute to raising awareness and training staff on quality best practices by organizing training sessions and educating teams on the importance of quality and the best practices to adopt.

 

WHAT WILL YOUR MISSIONS BE?

 

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Quality apprentice to join our dynamic team.

You will be supervised by the Quality & Claims Manager and will participate in various tasks, including:

  • Contributing to the preparation of documentation for various certifications and renewals
  • Assisting in implementing and monitoring the quality management system
  • Contributing to drafting and updating quality procedures and documents
  • Conducting internal audits and participating in external audits
  • Analyzing non-conformities and proposing corrective and preventive actions
  • Developing and monitoring operational quality performance indicators and preparing reports
  • Raising awareness and training staff on quality best practices

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Student (Bac+2/Bac+3 level) in quality, logistics, transport, or related fields
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/27001/TISAX or other quality standards
  • Knowledge of quality management tools
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
  • Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
