THE ROLE

As Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks in the field of Order Management. This includes tasks such as intensive communication with carriers, drafting and monitoring internal systems/reports, and establishing and transferring processes.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will become part of the Admin team at our location in Oud Gastel. This team consists of 3 people, where we handle incoming and outgoing shipments for the customer. We work closely with the Customer Service team and the Warehouse team to handle the shipments accurately. It's a dynamic environment where you will serve as a point of contact for customers and colleagues. With your proactive attitude, you ensure that you make a difference every day. Among other things, you are responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing order flows;
  • Identifying and solving problems from A to Z, together with the warehouse;
  • Drafting and delivering various reports;
  • Establishing and transferring processes.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a customer-oriented colleague who is socially and communicatively skilled. You have analytical ability and possess numerical insight. With your hands-on mentality and flexible attitude, you know how to hold your own in the dynamics of the organization. You are proficient with the Office package, Word and Excel hold no secrets for you. Additionally, you bring the following knowledge and experience:

  • 0 to 3 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in the logistics sector;
  • Vocational education (MBO) or Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Logistics;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Experience in working with a warehouse management system is a plus.

Additionally:

  • A gross monthly salary between € 2.470,64 - € 3.248,33 (depending on knowledge and experience);
  • A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract;
  • Employment conditions in accordance with our own CEVA CAO (Collective Labour Agreement);
  • 25 vacation days + 5 ADV (Reduction of Working Hours) days and 8% holiday pay;
  • Profit sharing of max. 3% with positive company results;
  • Travel allowance or NS Business Card (public transport);
  • Good pension scheme.
