We are looking for a Process Controller to expand our team in Roosendaal! As a Process Controller, you fill in the hourly update, incorporating yesterday's activities and today's forecast. You'll have a diverse role, including tasks such as creating a daily schedule, preparing documents, and liaising with various departments. You'll generate pick batches and monitor their progress. Where necessary, you'll make adjustments and provide operational advice based on your observations. This role involves extensive internal communication with colleagues in the warehouse to ensure the right people are in the right places. Ultimately, you'll report the daily status to your supervisor in the control room.



You'll be part of the Control Room team at our Roosendaal location. The client you'll serve is an e-commerce customer with merchandise from a well-known entertainment brand. You'll mainly operate within the warehouse for this role, interacting frequently with your order-picking colleagues and supervisors on the floor. The Control Room team consists of a total of 3 colleagues, and English is the primary language among the team members. The department and our organization are evolving, providing ample opportunities for learning and personal development.


Your tasks as a Process Controller:

  • Monitoring the continuous flow of the system in the warehouse
  • Providing the operation with hourly updates based on performance monitoring
  • Responsible for assigning resources, workstations, and machinery based on the production plan
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Proposing improvements to your supervisor
  • Releasing orders and assigning them to trucks


The warehouse's operating hours are from 05:30 to 18:00, so you'll have staggered work hours. Additionally, the months of October, November, and December are naturally busy, so we'll work in shifts during this period from 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00.



Aside from enjoying delving into numerical databases, you possess spatial insight and logical thinking skills. You remain composed during busy periods or unexpected issues. When you spot deviations, you discuss and collaborate with colleagues to find solutions. You also enjoy working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Additionally:

  • Your English proficiency is good because many systems and communication with colleagues and the client are in English.
  • Proficiency in numerical databases (e.g., Excel, Access, WMS systems) as you'll conduct numerous analyses from data dumps.
