WARHOUSE SUPERVISOR – ROOSENDAAL

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR?

In this role you are the manager of the warehouse team! You are the one who manages, organizes and coaches the team. Together you ensure that the logistics process is a well-oiled machine, with weekly and monthly KPIs being achieved! Opportunities for improvement in the logistics process do not pass you by and you proactively address them with your colleagues within the LEAN philosophy. Terms such as Kaizen, 5S and Six Sigma are more than familiar to you and you use them to further optimize the logistics process. In addition, you take the performance of your team to an even higher level and ensure that your team works with motivation in a safe environment!

• Leading the warehouse team;
• Analyze and apply opportunities for improvements;
• Coaching the team;
• Achieving the KPIs

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE MATCH WITH YOU?

• Mbo/hbo work and thinking level;
• Several years of experience in a similar role within a logistics environment;
• Knowledge about warehousing and automatic information systems;
• Knowledge of procedures and processes in the warehouse;
• Flexibility in working hours: between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM;

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?

You will work at one of our locations in Roosendaal, where we have a large campus of several warehouses. You will receive support from an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor and together you will manage a team of 20 employees. Together with your colleague Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for 55 employees. The atmosphere can mainly be characterized as professional, with plenty of room for fun and bonding.

WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?

• A bruto salary between € 2.678 and € 3.681 depending on your work experience and level of education;
• An annual contract with the prospect of permanent employment;
