SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:

• Analyze the charges according to each type of service, ensuring that correct charges are sent to customers.
• Ensure that charges are sent to customers quickly and correctly in order to maximize the company's cash flow
• Check if the extra costs are issue according to each service and commercial proposal.
• Analyze evidence of Extra Cost that supports collection team.
• Provide customer attendance in case of disagreement or doubts regarding the charges issued.
• Support commercial and collection team both internal and third part with doubts and reports regarding the charges issued.
• Ensure all support for strategic customers of the company (KC – Key Clients), as personalized, preferential attendance
• Reanalyze the charges issued in case of a customer complaint (Dispute)
• Control the entire process of invoice cancelation of the company to identify process mistakes
• Promote continuous improvement in the internal process to avoid invoicing cancelation
• Ensure cancellations according to the company's authorization matrix
• Provide Invoicing KPIs report to guide de invoicing team to the goals and give visibility to the company
• Provide Invoicing month report to give visibility to the company about the Invoicing Issued

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree: Attending College or Graduated in Business Administration, Economy or similar
• IT and System Requirements: Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in special Excel in Intermediate or Advanced Excel level
• Language: English is a differential (Intermediate)
• Experience:  Experience in Finance Invoicing or Accounts Receivable or other Financial area. Experience in Shipping/ Cabotage is a differential
