Mission: to coordinate and give proper support to all team in terms of strategy, vessel optimization and process.

SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:

Coordinate the team’s activities and give them proper support with vessel strategy, vessel optimization, on challenged decisions and main showstoppers.

Assure process in the area will be strinctly followed and create process, if necessary.

Participate on transversal projects in order to suggest enhancements, adapt methods and tools if necessary.

Realize and analyze loading statistics to optimize performance.

Ensures team development and support them in all their needs.

Control idle in all main bottleneck ports.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Degree: Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Comex, Engineer and related.

IT and System Requirements: Advanced level of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel

Language: English mandatory, Spanish differential.

Experience: Minimum 3 years working on the Shipping Industry.

 

RELATIONS:

Head office, line management, operations, logistics, cargo readiness, customer care, commercial, transshipment desk, cargo flow around the world, terminals and joint partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Team work, excellent communication skills to be a bridge will all main areas, sense of anticipation, take decisions, multi-tasks, work under pressure, flexible time and proactive.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE:

East Coast South America level
