The position is responsible and accountable for the following:

• Lead and Manage the Control tower team to focus on the following key areas:
  1. Matrix TMS Setup for Key Accounts and extend our digital transformation of transportation systems and processes.
  2. Manage Day-to-day Operation and close monitoring on each movement and milestone update on timely manner
  3. Ensure KPI are met with agreed client SLA’s.
  4. Driving Cost effectiveness for each shipment
• Implementation of new lanes/volume into the Control Tower ; ensure proper SOP are established and managed through any related hyper care
• Ensure that the team adhere to service standards / SLA covering all SOW agreed with customer.
• Act as the main contact window in closely coordination and working with other Business Units (Contract Logistics, Ocean and Air Freight)
• To perform Transportation Procurement, vendor onboarding, and managing vendor’s contract
• Organize monthly performance review the vendors
• Verify and ensure billing accuracy to minimize dispute.
• Prepare reports as required
• Any other jobs duties
