1. Key Accountabilities
 To ensure smooth outbound B2C operation
 To ensure picking, checking, packing and dispatch activity achieve KPI

2. Duties
 Monitoring outbound B2C team.
 Planning daily Local and Oversea delivery.
 Planning to achieve daily order KPI.
 Monitoring Transport team and ensure goods are ship on time.
 Ensure cargo dispatched according to window time.
 Handle customer complaint.
 Monitoring staff purchase orders.
 Ensure all SOP followed by team.
 Maintain good housekeeping.
 Monitor safety rules followed by team.
 Associate with 5s and HSE.
 Monitoring staff attendance and over time.
 Manpower planning according to task.
 To understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality is maintained by devising and
reviewing of all the processes and monitor its compliances.
 Carry out the task assign by Manager as and when.
