SYSTEM ANALYST AND SUPPORT EXECUTIVE - 2nd level
Job Description
✓ Responsible to resolve day to day issue with clear and accurate analysis.
✓ Provide guidance to non-technical and procedural question, with precise and clear explanation.
✓ Analyze reported problem in detail, validate by re-testing if necessary.
✓ Raise to higher level with clear description of problem area or recurring issue due to system bug
✓ Train user to analyses local problems with proper guidance.
✓ Contribute refresh training to end user.
✓ Perform on-going new improvement and system study and analysis when necessary.
✓ Working closely with internal stakeholder / business partners for any changes made in systems.
✓ Participate in UAT and functional testing for new version release.
Qualifications
✓ Degree graduates from IT / Computer Science / Management Information Systems
✓ At least 3-5 years’ experience in application system support for Cargowise
✓ Experience with SQL scripting is added advantage.
✓ Basic knowledge in XML messages
✓ Sound logical mind and strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
✓ Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency.
✓ Attention to details, efficient in follow-throughs.
Pre-requisite
Extensive hands-on experience in 2nd level support, end-user / remote DC working exposure with Networking, EDI, Web, XML, Java, SP/SQL skills. Years of working knowledge in ICT for forwarding / warehouse / logistics industry is an added advantage.
