Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:
- Assist in overseeing the timely delivery of goods while ensuring delivery schedules are met.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and address any delays.
Availability for Operations:
- Be available to support operations outside of normal working hours when required, handling urgent issues and providing solutions.
Customer and Vendor Relations:
- Maintain high levels of customer service and communicate professionally with customers and vendors.
- Assist in resolving issues when customers or vendors do not comply with the service level agreement (SLA).
Team and Communication Support:
- Maintain regular communication with management and team members to ensure operational goals are met.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Help monitor KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis to assess operational performance.
- Assist in investigations if KPIs fail to meet the set targets or if discrepancies arise from customer feedback regarding shipments.
System and Process Oversight:
- Ensure smooth operation of the Transportation Management System (TMS) and other related systems in use.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data within the systems.
Billing and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing monthly billing reports for clients and ensure timely submission.
- Support the reconciliation of billing discrepancies with clients.
Operational Support:
- Perform necessary operational tasks to support the smooth running of logistics operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving logistics or operational issues as they arise.

Requirements:

Education: A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations and delivery management.
Skills:
- Strong time-management skills.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of logistics systems, including Transportation Management Systems (TMS), is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working Conditions:

This role may occasionally require availability outside regular working hours to manage urgent operational issues.
