YOUR ROLE

 

This role will interface with external customers, product team, operation functions and senior management to deliver our sales results and provide the up-class service to customers the employee also expected drive the organization to move upfront among our competitions and be the market leader in our business sector:

  • Dedicated FVL BD focus on the FVL product business development and deliver FVL sales results. 
  • Ensure the implementation of the company and business development strategies, target in development and maintenance of Global & National key customers.
  • Ensure the contact mapping and an active relationship development to the highest possible hierarchic level of the key customers.
  • Represent the commercial interests of the company – across the different services – alongside the operational one’s, on the project that he/she will manage on our behalf.

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

Business Development & Sales Target Fulfillment

  • Explore new business opportunities and generate sales leads, formulate business solution per the account requirements and meet the sales target
  • Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory through conversion, retention, and penetration activities to gain more business
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive for success on business tenders and collect reference business intelligence for revaluation
  • Take lead of business project or campaign, to formulate business strategy, execution and monitoring to deliver the expected result.
  • Review the pipeline and do reporting at weekly meeting. Summarize the clients' information with volumes, routing, personal evaluation etc.
  • Achieve individual new local business targets in terms of volume, new business win and net revenue etc.
  • Gather market information and identify sales leads and strategy

Commercial development/ /Setup and Implementation of the solutions / Follow Up

  • Redact and update on regular basis the “Charters of Account” for the customers he/she is interacting with:
  • Summary of CEVA’s competitive position at the customers, analysis of the situation (market share, competitors, differentiation)
  • Definition of short and mid-terms commercial targets, and preparation of the action plans to reach them.
  • Extension of CEVA’s range of relationship and network inside the customer structure
  • Share and animate the business development plan set-up together with the Corporate Key Account Managers, in the geographic area where he is located
  • Supervise, animate and control the tender’s activities submitted by the customers, along with the operational business units and countries involved
  • Transversally supervise, animate and control the operational implementation phase at any level (local, national, global) together with the operational team in charge
  • Supervise, animate and control the after sales activities: claims management, invoicing, cash recovery, KPI for the customers under his responsibility and in his geographic area
  • Organize, prepare, animate and support the regular business reviews between, CEVA and the customer at the highest possible level

Transversality –Team Work

  • Work on own customers’ business development
  • Participate and take responsibilities in internal transversal workshops, project groups or task forces where he/she can be called on
  • Support with his/her personal experience and know how any commercial development even not related to the key customers, if required
  • Track and review team performance on regular basis, organize internal meetings/trainings to guide team
  • Align with FVL Sales Manager, BD head and product on FVL strategy and plans

Team Coordination

  • Builds the best suitable transversal work-team to fulfill customers’ needs
  • Motivates and gather transversal teams internally to support the project phase when replying to customers tenders
  • Makes sure that teams involved gets the necessary and relevant information from the customer in order to provide the best suitable offers and services
  • Ensure a proper understanding of customer’s requirements for all parties involved inside the company

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 4 years sales experience in supply chain
  • Good knowledge in automotive logistics
  • Good experience with the know-how of international transport includes import and export by sea freight (FCL&LCL), air freight and multimodal
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent working knowledge of key Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good PC skills of Microsoft Office Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Autonomy in preparation of the meeting / offer supports
  • Comprehensive market knowledge (customers, products, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
  • Good relationship building and maintenance capabilities
  • Good presentation skill, listening skill and negotiation skill
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Passion, Innovative and able to adjust to change
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, Quick learner, good team player with strong self-motivated
  • Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges
