For our location in Königs Wusterhausen near Berlin, we are looking for a Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

• You will be responsible for the development of shift schedules and thus ensure optimal personnel deployment
• You determine our equipment requirements and guarantee the operational readiness of the equipment
• You ensure compliance with all processes in the warehouse in accordance with our (Quality)specifications and you monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity and processes for your area.
• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of process changes and/or new processes
• You will identify potential for improvement and develop proposals for solutions

THIS IS WHAT WE WANT:

• Ideally, your basis is a completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist and/or you already have several years of professional experience in a management position in the field of warehouse/logistics and advanced knowledge in the use of warehouse management systems
• In German and English, you communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing
• You have good user knowledge of the common MS Office applications.
• You are willing to work in shifts (2-shift system) and to work on weekends (2 Saturdays a month)
• You have a responsible and independent way of working, analytical skills and organizational talent
• Your flexibility, motivation and reliability round off your profile
