YOUR ROLE

To understand and support what we do in the Business Excellence Team for Contract Logistics
The job will consist of Process Improvements, Implementation & Automation of new projects and working with Suppliers and both internal & external stakeholders
Support S4 Hana (SAP) Implementation

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Use of LEAN Methodology and find opportunities where we can reduce the TAT, increase Efficiency, reduce cost, increase quality and Safety of the facility.
Work on Site Classification Assessment (SCA) tool at different sites / locations.
Work closely with operations to develop and deliver opportunities for improvements, with an action / strategic deployment plans and work on Dr Kaizen Tools
Study the CEVA Primo (Pricing Template) and update the Business Process Excellence portion for it
Create and update Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, training slides and other process documents.
Support S4 Hana implementation Cycle - including coordination, trainings, User Acceptance Testing, Work Instructions creation.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics / Process or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Logistics and Process / Industrial Engineering field

Experience with using ERP system - SAP
Knowledge in LEAN 6 Sigma
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good Planning, organizing, delegation and analytical skills
Strong negotiation skills, influential and persuasive behaviour
Able to work with different teams to work on changes in a timely manner
