YOUR ROLE

 

  • To understand and support what we do in the Business Excellence Team for Contract Logistics
  • The job will consist of Process Improvements, Implementation & Automation of new projects and working with Suppliers and both internal & external stakeholders
  • Support S4 Hana (SAP) Implementation

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • Use of LEAN Methodology and find opportunities where we can reduce the TAT, increase Efficiency, reduce cost, increase quality and Safety of the facility.
  • Work on Site Classification Assessment (SCA) tool at different sites / locations.
  • Work closely with operations to develop and deliver opportunities for improvements, with an action / strategic deployment plans and work on Dr Kaizen Tools
  • Study the CEVA Primo (Pricing Template) and update the Business Process Excellence portion for it
  • Create and update Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, training slides and other process documents.
  • Support S4 Hana implementation Cycle - including coordination, trainings, User Acceptance Testing, Work Instructions creation.

 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics / Process or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Logistics and Process / Industrial Engineering field
  • Experience with using ERP system - SAP
  • Knowledge in LEAN 6 Sigma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good Planning, organizing, delegation and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation skills, influential and persuasive behaviour
  • Able to work with different teams to work on changes in a timely manner
