WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Purchases G&R transports according to the client’s needs and under defined criteria (price, quality, timeframes).
• Analyzes the transport market and searches for possible optimization (Optiflow).
• Contributes to onboarding of new carriers to a Track & Trace program.
• Collects full data about actual suppliers and manages suppliers’ database.
• Evaluates the performance of suppliers, service providers or subcontractors. Ensures compliance with standards and procedures
• Supports tender centers with costs of transport in requests for quotation and supplies.
• Analyses the performance of the area of activities and results of business KPIs.
• Purchases and negotiates road transports for pharma customers under GDP regulations and manages carriers for these flows.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• At least 3 years working experience on relevant position
• Fluent in English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of purchasing standards and procedures-expertise
• Knowledge of the transport market in Bulgaria (must), and Greece (advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Strategic thinking
